A place of history and flavor…

Early Morning in Long Meadow Farms In 1824, Jane Long, “The Mother of Texas,” received title to a league of land in Fort Bend County from Stephen F. Austin. Moving there in 1837, she developed a plantation where she raised cattle and grew cotton. Descendants of Jane Long then purchased land nearby, part of which is now Long Meadow Farms.

A location you want to call home…

Long Meadow Farms Entrance Sign Trend Development, the successful developers of the popular community of Gleannloch Farms, designed Long Meadow Farms with the same attention to detail and visionary planning. Pecan trees, native wildflowers, lakes, ponds, and traditional Texas architecture set the tone for comfort, casual luxury and quiet nostalgia. The community is situated just 3 minutes south of the Westpark Tollway on the Grand Parkway, providing for an easy commute into Houston. Near to it all, but set apart from the rest, Long Meadow Farms offers all the charms of a small Texas town.
